I worked for this agency back in 2018 & then stopped in 2020 because I moved away. I didn't realize at the time but looking back, I can clearly see that the manager & other staff demonstrated empathy and their own humanity and speaking for myself, inspired me to do the same. They promoted teamwork & because of their efforts I learned what that really means in this industry. I'm often inspired today by the experience I had back then while working for All Ways Caring in Bloomington.
