The staff is the whitest of the worst. They treat the caregivers as though they are incompetent and Crystal referred to them as stupidity while speaking with me on the phone. The only people that fit that description is the person who said it and management. I was yelled at for asking who was my fathers case manager at the CA, given my sisters and I had know idea. I have had 3 Aides. My current Aide (Akima(6 is the best and she is helpful, caring and is trust worthy. I enjoy her. Sorry for all of you who has had a bad experience. I am lucky to have her.
Horrible company, care-givers and office staff are very unprofessional. None of the care-givers call if they're unable to make it. You have to constantly call the office and basically do their job for them to ask if anyone is showing up today; it's a constant guessing game of whether or not someone actually shows up and does their job. Absolutely terrible company.
When I called the office and spoke with the woman, she went above and beyond to assist me and my family. My grandma needed more care then we could give her, and a home was out of the question for my family. We heard of this place from a friend and we consider ourselves blessed to have such a great set of ladies helping us. The one on one great care she gets from her aide goes beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you ladies for all you do for this family.
