If you need fingerprints done, your addresses do NOT have to match what’s on your drivers license or application. Lady up front will lie to your face. Rude, unhelpful, and lazy. Did not want to do her job but instead wasted your time.
lady at the front desk has a nasty and not welcoming attitude . maybe put a different person with a better attitude at the front desk . attitude should not be that nasty NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE ATTITUDE FROM THE FRONT DESK LADY .

The staff is the whitest of the worst. They treat the caregivers as though they are incompetent and Crystal referred to them as stupidity while speaking with me on the phone. The only people that fit that description is the person who said it and management. I was yelled at for asking who was my fathers case manager at the CA, given my sisters and I had know idea.
