An employee from Rescare hit my mailbox and didn’t even have the decency to come tell me. I had to discover the damage myself, and when I reviewed my security footage, it clearly showed one of their employees at 1393 Happy Trail in Macon, GA causing it. I reached out to Michelle Ingram at the Macon office multiple times, and the experience was extremely frustrating. She was rude, disrespectful, and completely unconcerned about resolving the issue.
