Dr. Resa is an EXCELLENT Dr. He's a very kind man that cares about the children he sees. It is always easy to get in for a visit, and we never wait more than ten minutes to be seen. He never rushes us and is always willing to answer all of our questions. His office is always clean and his staff is always friendly & helpful. (We especially love Rachel) I recommend Dr. Resa to anyone who's looking for a quality Dr. for their children.
He's an ok Dr. But he's not very good. My baby was sick and he didn't give him anything for his congestion, he didn't even check his throat he checked his eyes nose and ears but that's it. And told me if he's congested for 10 days then I will give him something to take. So no I am NOT happy at all looking for new Dr.
They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible, but he did not take my concerns into considerations. My child was in the E.R. due to phenomena and he keeps saying that it was just congestion. I took him several months before he even prescribe my child with any type of medicine even if he/she really needed it. I left a clinic and he is acting just the same. It’s frustrating!
