Bronson inspected our 16 yr old natural gas Rheem furnace. He pointed out ways we could reduce costs while operating the unit more efficiently. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful while we decided to replace our furnace.
Our old a/c unit died during the 7/2026 heat wave. We initially contacted our usual place but after the tech visit we decided to replace rather than repair because of the age of the unit. The sales guy had no sense of urgency so we called Reimer (Res-Com) for a quote. They arrived within 2 hours of our call, provided a quote and arrived first thing the next morning to replace our unit. We are very happy with our experience from start to finish, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them.
Mark and Tyler are the very best technicians this company ever had. Great workers, took time to protect flooring etc.
The A/C installers Jon and Tylor did an excellent job on the installation of our new central air conditioning unit, In addition Marsha was very helpful in arranging all the appointments on the work to be done. We have used Res-Com for many years and have been very satisfied with their work. It looks like the new owner Reimer will support this professional service moving forward.
