It took me years to decide to walk into a CrossFit gym. You hear all kinds of stories about CrossFit some positive some negative. I finally decided to make the jump and scheduled a meeting with the owner, Micah. Micah right away came across as super friendly and super proud of the gym he built. Best gym in Philly! Facilities are top-notch, coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will give you specific tips to improve your technique. I have been coming here for two years and expect to stay for the long run. Consistency is key! Shout-out to all of my coaches.
