The ligament therapy Ricky has provided has made the biggest difference in my recovery of a partially torn rotator cuff, along with the patience of Penny with helping me stay on track with my exercises. The ligament therapy seems to release the tension in the smallest of places which helps every other place relax. I highly recommend asking about ligament therapy from your massage therapist. All of the staff is very helpful.
