I initially thought the service worked well, but was very disappointed when they told me I would have to retake the same test because the results came back as invalid. Then I learned that not only would I have to take time to go back in and re-take the test, but that they were going to make me pay the full $75 to take the test again. Obviously I was quite upset about this. I spoke on the phone several times with management and they refused to even meet me halfway or offer any sort of credit for the second test.
