RecommendedGreat empanadas! We tried a variety and they were all great. The Cubana, pernil and dizzy fig are amazing! Staff and service were also great. Small space which is nice so get reservations for larger groups. We will be back anytime we are in the Phoenix/Mesa area.

RecommendedAte there many times while living in Mesa. It was my husband's favorite restaurant. We moved to West Phoenix, and have missed it a lot. I decided to place a surprise take-out order and have my husband pick it up. There was a glitch with my order, and the customer service after a phone call to let them know was above and beyond. If I wasn't already a fan, I would be after that. Kudos!!

We stopped in today (Wednesday) about 4:30 p.m. to try a new place serving new (to us) food. There were two couples (not eating) and a table with perhaps 4 people who seemed to be finishing their food. No other customers in sight. After standing next to the “Please wait to be seated” sign for several minutes without being noticed, we took a couple of menus and seated ourselves in the main part of the dining area.
