0 star if allowed. Been with them for many years and the rate kept going up. We were paying above market rate and the trash pick up was so inconsistent. We threw in the towels when they only picked up once/month when we pay for weekly service (philly, center city location). Nice customer rep, but why even be bothered when your ops team are straight up lying when they don’t even come to the location but marking the service as complete? Such a joke. If you like to pay money and not have your trash removed this company is for you!
I rented an apartment in west Philly and unfortunately the repubilc service is the one in charge of the trash. This company sends trash haulers 5 am or even 4 am in the morning to pick up trash while creating a lot of noise, even the city regulation states it clear that it is forbidden to do so before 7 am. After months of complaints, to the company, to the city, to the apartment, nothing change.
