trash is constantly over flowing, theyve been saying im on the pickup list but NEVER show. this is not the first time this has happened either. we are constantly being left behind and are going on TWO WEEKS with no trash removal, and often do go whst feels like forever without pickup. very disappointed.
Week after week they skip one if not both deliveries. Somehow billing doesn’t change and no discounts offered. Meanwhile our tenants have dumpsters with heaps of trash every single week.
I am manager of 7562 haverford ave. They didn't take my trash today. So i called office. "Christine" took phone. She told me she would notice truck driver take my trash. But nobody came. I think their procedure has problem. Many people work there. But they don't work right.
