Very unprofessional. Your assigned so called "reps" and supervisors, phones always go straight to voicemail. Never return a call. Literally for over 2 months have been trying to speak with someone. Constant missed pickups. And now a holiday weekend, a missed Friday pickup, no Saturday pick up. They're closed on Monday. Good people trying to run a business, and we have over flowing dumpsters. But they'll have no problem charging for that.

trash is constantly over flowing, theyve been saying im on the pickup list but NEVER show. this is not the first time this has happened either. we are constantly being left behind and are going on TWO WEEKS with no trash removal, and often do go whst feels like forever without pickup. very disappointed.
Week after week they skip one if not both deliveries. Somehow billing doesn’t change and no discounts offered. Meanwhile our tenants have dumpsters with heaps of trash every single week.
