imagine this company damaging your property and causing you nearly $500 to repair. Only to deny your claim saying that your witness testimony was not enough, and because there was no video evidence, you’re stuck with your own repair repairs. Poor accountability, poor culture, poor customer service
Do NOT use this company. Our previous trash service was bought out by them and recently, my trash bill is almost $200. I cancelled in early-October. They charged me $188 to pick up my trash cans, never sent a final bill until I received a demand notice that in ten days I will be sent to collections, and was told I had service through October 31st. All untrue since my trash cans were picked up on 10/15 and I was instructed when I cancelled that I owed nothing at the moment until I received my final bill. This company has mult... read more
