Not only have they raised their prices to nearly double their competitors prices but they debited my account after my account had been cancelled. When I called to cancel they told me to make sure I turned off auto pay and I did that immediately but that didn’t stop them from taking my money. I have called multiple times trying to get my money back and they keep telling me it hasn’t posted which would be a lie. Frequent missed pickups.
For the first year or two everything was fine no changes in billing. But within the past 2 quarters I’ve experienced increasing bills. I called to cancel today and was informed that they will be charging me $50 to come pick up their property. Which is absolutely ridiculous. All of their customer service reps are kind and helpful but the business model is not great, another provider in the area offers a better solution.
The only reason I am giving this a 4 stars is because the first few ladies I talked to were not helpful. But when I went to cancel Michael was super friendly and helpful and he transferred me to Mrs. Karen Jackson, who was more than willing to help and resolve my issue. A huge thank you to these two people. I look forward to speaking with them in the future
