For the first year or two everything was fine no changes in billing. But within the past 2 quarters I’ve experienced increasing bills. I called to cancel today and was informed that they will be charging me $50 to come pick up their property. Which is absolutely ridiculous. All of their customer service reps are kind and helpful but the business model is not great, another provider in the area offers a better solution.
The only reason I am giving this a 4 stars is because the first few ladies I talked to were not helpful. But when I went to cancel Michael was super friendly and helpful and he transferred me to Mrs. Karen Jackson, who was more than willing to help and resolve my issue. A huge thank you to these two people. I look forward to speaking with them in the future
I heard the republic trash people outside and looked and the guy was loading my trash can up to take it away. I went outside and asked what he was doing and he said my boss said we can't serve this area anymore and I am taking your can. I am like, wait nobody has called, emailed or sent a letter. I call the company and they said sorry is there anything else I can help you with. Really! You take my trash can with no communication and now I have to spend my day finding a new provider. You guys suck!

Wish I could give zero stars. Our bill increases constantly with unknown/unexplained hidden fees. When I call, charges are taken off; only to reappear the next billing cycle. Our recycle pick up is supposed to be every other Thursday; but lately it has not been picked up at all. Yes, my husband wheels it to the curb at 4:00am. Still sitting in driveway at 4:00pm when I get home. We put it out every Thursday, just to make certain we dont miss them coming by. We still have to take to the dump.
