They miss picking up trash 1/2 the time and did no adjustments on payments for the missed pick-ups. I got tired of taking the trash to the dump when I paid the company good money to do that for me. I switched to another company.

We used Republic Services for many years. When it snowed and they couldn't pick up my trash they charged me for pickup anyway. They also broke our cans by squeezing them to hard and also dropped them into the neighbors yard instead of sitting it in our driveway. Then when we canceled our service they refused to cancel it for a month. They picked up our cans per my request so there was no cans to set out yet they still charged us for services not received.

Not only have they raised their prices to nearly double their competitors prices but they debited my account after my account had been cancelled. When I called to cancel they told me to make sure I turned off auto pay and I did that immediately but that didn’t stop them from taking my money. I have called multiple times trying to get my money back and they keep telling me it hasn’t posted which would be a lie.
