Went to the 829 Burnett st location to throw away some boxes and was there at 3:53 and the guy at the gate refused to let me do so and said that they were closed when the gate was open and then proceeded to shut the gate in my face. They are supposed to close at 4 and I made it there in plenty of time to throw my boxes in and leave. Don’t say you are open until 4 and close the gate in someone’s face before 4 and be completely rude about it.

Your Google times are wrong by an hour. They close at 4pm, NOT 5pm!!

The worst trash company I've ever had! Don't offer services somewhere you aren't going to actually service! I'm certainly NOT paying for 4 pick ups a month and only receiving 1 MAYBE 2. AND 'customer service' is worthless!

Then when we cancelled our... read more

Worst trash service we've ever had. They NEVER pick up on time and if you call and tell them they act like your asking them for a kidney. The past 4 months they haven't picked up trash on time once and when they say sorry we will get it Wednesday they don't and you have to call again and again. I don't know if they are overbooked or what but now they have some dude in a pickup and a tiny trailer picking up.
