Your Google times are wrong by an hour. They close at 4pm, NOT 5pm!!

The worst trash company I've ever had! Don't offer services somewhere you aren't going to actually service! I'm certainly NOT paying for 4 pick ups a month and only receiving 1 MAYBE 2. AND 'customer service' is worthless!

Im not usually one to complain but I tried their trash service about a few months ago and they brought the two cans out to our house and we had filled them up and were waiting on a pickup that never happened. We contacted them to ask when they would be picking it up to empty it and they told us they wouldn't be able to due to the fact that our road was "too narrow" and they had no place to turn around even though the neighbors before my house already had cans that were actively emptied on schedule. Worst trash service we've ever had. They NEVER pick up on time and if you call and tell them they act like your asking them for a kidney. The past 4 months they haven't picked up trash on time once and when they say sorry we will get it Wednesday they don't and you have to call again and again. I don't know if they are overbooked or what but now they have some dude in a pickup and a tiny trailer picking up.

Website says closes at 5. Tried for hours to call to confirm with no answer. Traveled 30 minutes with trailer and truck loaded arrived 4:15 and all closed up!
