Why in the world does a local trash service need to use an overseas answering service? Nothing says F the customer like not answering local calls.

Switched to them a few years back. My experience at least, 9/10 dependable. If an issue occurs they will send a notice informing me which day they will be by. They are also courteous, my container is always to the side of my driveway. They also have a location in town which is convenient for if I forget to roll my trash out on trash day.

They are a little higher price,however they pickup every week like suppose too.

Next to waste path, Republic is the absolute worst garbage collection company in the state of Kentucky. My husband and I signed up for service in March when we moved into our home for the first month and a half. We didn’t have a garbage can because they never dropped it off, then after dropping off the trashcan there was four weeks of missed pick ups not only missed pick ups but missed rescheduled pick ups.
