Never sign an agreement with them. I locked in a rate for 3 years and they never intended to honor it. Their system automatically raises all rates regardless of your contract. I have wasted hours because of their unethical business practices! They push you from person to person and seem to strive to never fix the problem. It is horrible business practices. Much of the company seems to be rated well, just not Amarillo.
Terrible customer service. Terrible at getting the job done.
