On 12/21/2024 I went to this dump and was charged a flat rate of $145.00 to dump a pickup truck full of household goods. When I questioned the pricing, the weigh-master Raymond Medina told me very rudely, to either pay or get off the scale although, there was nobody else behind me. It looks as if on the receipt that there’s an “out” weight posted and I didn’t weigh going out because I had already paid a flat rate for a 40’ big rig.

SO Disorganized I set up service in Oct to begin Nov. Bins were already on premise so I began using them. On trash day, they took my bins and did not return them for a week because the previous tenant had cancelled their service and I got caught in the mix up. Took me 10-15 phone calls and multiple escalations over a week to resolve. So MANY missed 'promised dates'. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNREALIABLE SERVICE. IMPROPER BILLING. COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR SANITATION AND CUSTOMER OUTCOME AND EXPECTATION. MY COMPANY HAS BEEN FIGHTING AN UPHILL BATTLE WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A WASTE COMPANY SINCE APRIL AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING TO LITIGATION. NO ONE THERE TAKES RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR JOB.
