I have not been able to get a replaced recycle can since July 8 which they took by mistake! I have called numerous times and I get the run around and half ass service and fake promises. If I could switch companies I would.
My husband needed to drop off roof waste from our garage. Before dropping off trash, we visited the site and ask what we had to do. One man was helpful but didn't give us details except to go through the driveway to the booth. The man in the booth said, "Read the sign!" My husband was told he needed a hard hat and a neon safety vest. He didn't know that those items were needed. This was the first and LAST time he's ever gone to dump areas.
