The miscommunication internally is starting to affect the service we are being given. Why is the service horrible now? For the amount of money people pay the least Republic Services can do is get things right!
2 weeks in a row they only take 1/2 of my trash but they charge you if the ld is not closed all the way and after several calls they will not come back out to pick up what they left.
Horrible customer service. Repeatedly miss pick ups And whenever you ask questions about why they've missed pickups, they ignore them and try and end the chat or call without answering any questions. They didn't even offer me a credit for missing a week of pickup. I had to repeatedly ask for one and I don't know if I'll still get one. This has happened several times.
