I am glad there business is trash because they are absolute trash at doing business. They bought out a reputable business and trashed it. We signed a new contract, got double billed, got billed a container delivery that is not on the contract or was never mentioned. The math is so bad on the statement that none of the numbers add up. And of course there customer service is AI. If you ask to cancel service you can get in touch with a live person.
I would like to thank Dennis at Republic service for his outstanding job. I’m following up an issue. I had he turned what I wanted to make a one star into a five star I really appreciate it!
Please never start service with these people. They will come out and empty your almost empty dumpster, I guess they need something to do. Worst trash company I’ve ever dealt with. Use a local company!
