If I could give you a zero, I would. I pay for recycle and you guys have missed every single pick up for recycle since I have moved into this house for 3 months now. I have had to reschedule a pick up every single time. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I recently scheduled a trash bin swap they were supposed to take my old, damaged bin and leave a new one. Unfortunately, they only took the old bin and didn’t provide a replacement. Now, customer service says I’ll have to wait until next week to get a new one. It’s frustrating to be left without a bin because of a simple oversight. A little more attention to detail or at least a quicker resolution would have been appreciated.
The absolute WORST trash service of all time. When we began with them, we were paying $50ish dollars in 2019. Now in 2025, they are charging $140 for the exact same service and trash cans. I called to cancel 3/31 and was told I’d have to pay for trash cans pick-up when they already charged me for trash can delivery when I started with them. I was told I’d get a new invoice and to ignore my previous one and not pay it - which I did as instructed. I have my trash service through Fisk. They actually answer the phone. I tried calling Republic about some service information was on the hold for 27 minutes and never got an answer My business will go elsewhere
