If I could give them no stars I would. First of all they were not picking up our trash or our neighbors. We got excuses from multiple people including a manager and were promised 3 different times they would come back and pick it up. All three times they did not pick it up. I had just paid the bill prior. I then called customer service and canceled service and ask for my refund we just paid. It is around $131.00 since services were not being rendered. Such a dismissive attitude. Horrible service, the driver is a 50/50 shot he will pick up your trash. I canceled service months ago and have been waiting on them to come pick up the trash can. Nope, ignored again and dismissive attitude of we will come get it when we want to. Well it just went to the landfill since you couldn't come pick it up after 5 months of waiting and calling. Do not use this service if you want to be respected and get what you pay for.

My company has been a loyal customer for 7 years with 10+ locations. After signing a long term contract with them, the service level dropped. I can no longer get dependable service. The service contract is not being followed by Republic and I cant get responses or any consistent communication from their customer service team.

They put a dumpster in an alley right of way and after calling several times to get it moved, they haven’t made any effort. No call backs, no nothing. It’s been over a month since my first call. This company is terrible with customer service.
