Absolute worst customer service, I've been trying to call them for three days consecutively and I've sat on hold for 40 minutes or longer each time, and the one time i was able to talk to someone, they answered saying "Can i help you?". Then after I conveyed I wanted to cancel my services, they put me back on hold. I do not recommend these people at all. God awful service and rude customer support, if I wanted to be treated like garbage, I'd call the VA.

Dealt with these people for the last 25 years on a residential basis. In the past 5 years they have gone from acceptable to horrible on all levels. Will never deal with them again. MAKE things right? I tried for months to make things right with your company!!!!

Republic invoice went up $2.1 / yr. When we cancelled they charged $40/can to pick it up and then said our last payment was$12 short. (?) On top of that, they charged us for 1 month AFTER canceling service!

Following a Republic Truck on Highway 58 last week. Couldn’t believe the amount of trash blowing out of the top of the truck and onto the road. Good thing the city is picking up trash today. Might look clean for a day or two until the Republic Truck rolls through again….
