I have recycling service for approx. 1 year which picks up every 2 weeks. I never actually make reviews but the service is so frustrating that here we go… the text service which is supposed to remind you of pick ups is sporadic and often missed completely. I set my container out on Sunday as mondays are pick ups days but 75% of the time the recycling pickup is missed and I have to call in and schedule a missed pickup. It's impossible to get a local person on the phone. I either get connected with a customer service center in India, or I get connected with a very clearly AI agent that claims to be a human. Neither of these have solved my issue.
Terrible customer service and they never answer the phone! We have tried for two weeks and no one ever answered the phone.
Absolute worst customer service, I've been trying to call them for three days consecutively and I've sat on hold for 40 minutes or longer each time, and the one time i was able to talk to someone, they answered saying "Can i help you?". Then after I conveyed I wanted to cancel my services, they put me back on hold. I do not recommend these people at all. God awful service and rude customer support, if I wanted to be treated like garbage, I'd call the VA.
Dealt with these people for the last 25 years on a residential basis. In the past 5 years they have gone from acceptable to horrible on all levels. Will never deal with them again. MAKE things right? I tried for months to make things right with your company!!!!
