Republic services is without a doubt the worst trash collection service on the west coast. I work with over 10 through my job and without failure, every month, I have to spend an hour on the phone with republic. Every month they claim to fix the problem. Every month I have to call back and try again to get someone with the competence to work their own system. It’s a horrible cycle that I don’t expect to end anytime soon.
For residential services, this Co has been pretty great. Reliable, consistent & very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly Cust Svc Reps. (Res neighborhood approx 25 min S of Portland. 5 yrs svc)
You guys always leave the trash bins on the street put them back in the loading dock that’s the whole point of paying for a service
Very poor service. Every time miss pick up
Hey one of your trucks is going up I5 North this AM and dropping trash over the entire highway!
