On May 10th of 2024 one of your employees Raul Ruiz risked his life to pull me out of a burning truck in the 91 freeway. This man is a hero and I hope the whole company knows it. This man has a huge heart and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Que dios lo bendiga a Raul.
Ms. Kimberly Gaynair provided excellent customer service quick problem was resolved.
Would rate them lower if I could, horrible pick up reliability. They are constantly not picking up on the scheduled day and will then miss the "relief pickup" as well. They want to charge us for the week that they don't pick up or do a Tuesday and Thursday pick up to make up for it (if they would even show up for the extra).
Kimberly Gaynair was extremely helpful and kind over the phone- she guided me through the process of figuring out some miscommunications and issued credits where necessary- she was wonderful to work with!
