We were recently given a new account manager and her name is Kimberly Gaynair. She is exceptionally good and we are so happy to have someone that actually cares about their customers. She responds quickly and does everything she can to help with any issues or concerns. We are so thankful she has our account. She is so nice and so pleasant to work with. I just recently moved into a commercial building in Pasadena and there was a little mix up with the account set up for our dumpster. Kimberly Gaynair with Republic was AWESOME! She communicated with me daily, troubleshooted the problem, and got it resolved. She made the whole "mix-up" turn into an even better solution and saved us money in the process.
