Ms. Kimberly Gaynair provided excellent customer service quick problem was resolved.
Would rate them lower if I could, horrible pick up reliability. They are constantly not picking up on the scheduled day and will then miss the "relief pickup" as well. They want to charge us for the week that they don't pick up or do a Tuesday and Thursday pick up to make up for it (if they would even show up for the extra).
Kimberly Gaynair was extremely helpful and kind over the phone- she guided me through the process of figuring out some miscommunications and issued credits where necessary- she was wonderful to work with!
I want to give a BIG thank you to Kimberly Gaynair. I contacted CS and discussed our billing and in less than 24 hours I received communication from Kimberly in regard to our request. She was very professional and helpful. Keep up the good work <3
