Republic Services: Do you guys realize that you give people options to sign up AND PAY online, and then when you call into customer service the service members say “it’s not possible to do this online?” I just sat on a call with Kim Creger, who refused to believe services could be set up online - ma’am, I am staring at the charge for service sign up on my credit card statement. So if you can’t do this online, why is there a portal to sign up and pay online? Who is on first here, Republic?
I changed trash bin size from 19gal to 32gal, the billing department obviously got so confused for this basic thing, double charged me both 19 gal and 32 gal on two invoices, I've called the customer service on five different days, no one ever answered. Honestly so frustrating, might as well just pay for the double charge to be done with this!
Moved to a new place and set up an online account. Won't let me do anything unless I provide my account # supposedly on the welcome email. I got 3 emails but neither has my account #. I clicked the link for customer service but all it was is an animated payment. This company also had one of their drivers drive right into the side of my car on the freeway a few years back.
Ummm, Allied Waste keeps doxxing information about other accounts and then vomiting them repeatedly in my email. We called you about 1000 times and this is stupid already. Also, Google, you suck. Get off me. I'm NOT buying it. I'm NOT paying your stupid sales bots.
Hours are a lie and they don't pick up or communicate abything. Will update if they reach back out.
