I'd rate them negative 5 stars if I could. They are available 24-hours a day to take a payment but don't take any accountability when they miss their pickups consistently. Terrible business.
Well after two weeks in not getting our trash pick up due to the strike. And to be told that we’re not getting credit on the account due that ! Which I call B.S. we as customers should see CREDIT on our billing cycle due to their negligent service and incompetence!
Pay your employees the worth of their labor. Charge me more for trash I don’t care pick up the damn trash
Time for the city to cancel the contract.
