Forgive the pun, but Republic Services is absolute garbage. From their customer service, to their actual services, their performance is terrible. 1. They charge several fees and go up on their price yearly. I had to negotiate our contract to "only" go up 10% every year. 2. They will charge you if anything is poking out even an inch. See picture below. The overage fee is more than your entire month's bill. Aboslutely insane. 3. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. They have gone up on my bill every year. I'll call each year, and they will work on the price. But.... not this year. This company is a hassle to work with. Go with another trash company if you have a choice.

We have had the absolute worst service and experience ever with Republic services. They have charged our credit card for our business over over $9000 for two dumpsters we used for one event for one month. Total contract agreement was $1700. This has been an ongoing issue and they keep charging our credit card. We are at $9000 right now. I recommend everyone run from them because they are disorganized, dishonest, and completely untruthful with all of their customers.

Update!! They try and charge a $60 overage for 3 trash bags. Just like all other reviewers say worst customer service ever. Never call back, never answer questions, never pick up trash service on time. I got charged $90 for a overage fee for having 3 bags of trash over rim of dumpster. My monthly bill is only $25. Worst company ever to do business with seems like they are always adding a fee to ur account to make more money. Call diversified waste or garbage gators instead. You wont be disappointed

The company has been good, there were a few issues we had but were resolved. It was a pleasure dealing with the Area Retention employee Grayham Sim. He was professional, helpful, and quick to respond to our questions we had regarding our account. Not every employee was like that so we appreciated it.
