Horrible customer service. Driver Jason is awesome he is friendly and helpful he is the only good thing about this company. As a property manager having to deal with Republic's customer service dept it is horrendous. The staff is friendly, but it takes being on long hold times and being transferred 4 times to then be told I would receive call backs by supervisors or our account rep, and it never happens. Their account rep named Phil Guerra is awful at communicating and will just ignore my attempts at reaching out on updates ... read more

Very happy to have Ashley Barton as my new Account Manager ! Very professional and personable. She took care of all my needs in a timely manner and exceeded all expectations ! Highly recommend her for all services !!
Was driving and a driver cut me off then met up with us down the road, rolled down his window and started yelling at us for turning left on a full green light saying that we went through a red light which 100% was not true. My mom who was in the car has pancreatic cancer with a bad prognosis, just got done with treatment and I was driving her home (given the circumstances she’s facing, I was driving as safely as possible).
