BEWARE!!! This place should really be ashamed of themselves. Week 3 of “ sorry we missed your road”. They reschedule us for pick up and still do not come on scheduled days. We called to cancel our service with them and will be starting with someone more reliable. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company if you can.
Bulk pick up is horrible . Was told pick up was Monday, then told Wednesday, didn't pick up. Called Thursday and they said would be done that day. Wasn't done called again and they said Saturday!?! I have pushed this couch in and out of garage 3 times and got a letter from city saying they were gonna give me a $500.00 fine cause it's out on the street. You do 1 thing, pick up trash Edit: can't do 0 stars. Still not picked up after scheduling 2 more days. Total of 5 days told would get picked up....still sitting there
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRASH REMOVAL. They are way overpriced, never pick up the trash consistently, make excuses for why they don’t pick up the trash, so what exactly am I paying for? My quarterly bill went from $100 to $250! That is blatant gouging! And since December, they have missed four pick ups. When I called to complain, they said they would issue me a credit for one of the missed pick ups. The roll off drivers are very rude. My van stalled out on 18 near Walmart today January 23, 2026 route 18 near Walmart. A Republic roll off driver was swearing and honking the horn at me I will not recommend Republic Services to anyone.
BEWARE THEYRE SCAMMERS. I PUT A $50 DEPOSIT DOWN NOVEMBER 4TH 2025.. I NEVER GOT MY TRASH CAN UNTIL DECEMBER 5TH 2025. NOW THEY SAY I OWE THEM OVER $300. TIME TO HOLD THESE THIEFING COMPANIES ACCOUNTABLE AND OPEN CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!!!!!!!!!! SHUT EM DOWN FOR GOOD.
