Horrible service... – VERY POOR SERVICE!!! I am outraged with the misinformation, rudeness of service, and failure of doing designated job! I am waiting for the trash can for over two weeks. I called already three times and was promised to have it delivered each time within a day or two... didn't happen. I am forced to collect garbage on my screen patio, where it stinks in a heat... and put it out in bags to the curb. This time they left it sitting on a street... Unfair labor practices. Its all about the bottom line – Well its only taken the new GM (Barry Pruitt) one year to totally derail the moral of every employee at the CSI company in Cincinnati and Covington. Just set back and watch what happens to the service level. What a shame.

GRADE F trash company TRUST THE REVIEWS – If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This company has no idea the value of customer service. Read the reviews and look at their grade on the BBB website a D! They billed me for trash service for 3 months after I canceled it saying that my husband telling them to cancel the trash service wasn't sufficient. Even though I have one of their trash cans that has trash from trash service 3 months ago. Which they are billing me 100.00 for. DO NOT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

CSI THE "WORST" – CSI is the worst!!! The cans are so nasty because they are too lazy to use the lifts that are provided and they put the handles into the garbage and you have grease and god knows what all over the handles. I have to use a paper towel every week before I can put my cans way. I have called and called and does "no" good. Manager Jim Ingram says he will take care of it. Never had a problem – I have read the rest of the reviews and we have never had a problem with this company. Our driver is wonderful. One morning we missed putting the trash out my son ran after the trash man...he came to collect our trash. There have been times he walked the cans up to me as I was coming out for them. Whenever I have to call customer service I am treated wonderfully.

CSI - Erlanger City Council should be ashamed for switching – Bavarian used to collect trash in Erlanger. They came twice a week and I never had a problem. For no explained reason, Erlanger city council decided to switch to CSI, and it was a HORRIBLE, unjustified decision. CSI makes you purchase one of their giant sized garbage cans that are compatible with their trucks. The garbage cans cost $90, but that's not the problem. Good but not great – CSR's could really use some training. I've been a customer for 7 years without too many issues but my trash was not picked up on time for 4 straight weeks. After talking to a CSR 4 times, I asked for a supervisor, who then told me the date my trash pickup is scheduled had changed 4 weeks ago....not sure if I got something in the mail, but 4 CSR's failed to ask the simple question "what date are you scheduled for pickup" then cross reference it with their info. All my frustration was for nothing.

CSI the chronic stupid idiots in waste – I've dealt with CSI now for a couple years unfortunantly!!!So anyways so far they have thrown and broken 3 of my personal garbage cans, stole a brand new replacement one that I had bought to replace the broken ones which cost me 35bucks guess chalck that up to an" OH WELL" and if that wasnt bad enough I recently moved and had to use CSI company due to the city and it being the only company that does the trash were I now live..
