Their service is terrible and not consistent or reliable. When we called to report a non-pickup, they blamed us for previously not reporting a non-pickup and did not offer any solutions to fix their incompetence. This company is disorganized and does not handle their inability to do their job with any sense of responsibility. We are no longer using this company and will never go back.

Normally very good but the recycle today in monson Park ave .they nocked over many barrles over.and dropped some glass in the street
I have been recieving excellent service Republic and from Emelie Lyszchyn, our rep. She has been consistently responsive, exceptional with special requests, and generally a pleasure to deal with.
The drivers and manament teams have been excellent, especially when their workforce was slim. Emilie Lyszchyn, my account representative especially, has been. extremely helpful. All companies have issues. We all make mistakes, it really doesn't matter. What matters is how we handle the issues. Republic Services gets it.
