I cancelled service and they are charging me 61.83 for them to come pick up their cans. I would have drove them myself to chesterton. That is ridiculous. 1 I was never told there was a charge. 2 61.83 on the already high cost that goes up every qtr. GREED IS WHAT THAT IS CALLED.
Terrible customer service. I don't feel like typing out my story but the bottom line is all they care about is money. Closed my account on miscommunication in their behalf and took my cans. Squared everything away said it would be 8 days to get me cans again. Nothing they could do and on top of it wanted to charge me 1.50 for every bag I couldn't fit in the can from the long period build up. Canceled and went with waste management. Got me my cans in two days time and the customer care was excellent
