They could improve by actually doing what they are paid to do!!!
we have had a mattress out for pickup for 3 weeks. we've been in contact with (clearly useless) employees that have promised pickup....for 3 weeks. I've moved a wet mattress in and out of my garage for 3 weeks. my neighbors and I have looked at it for 3 weeks. I called 3 times yesterday and they promised pickup and it's still laying here. what did I expect... you're literally a garbage company.
Company is a complete joke, Chesterton needs to get a new contract with someone else. Talking to random people in town and not a single person has anything positive to say about this company. Been this way for at least a couple years.
STOP BREAKING THE CANS
Banging the dumpster at Wagners at 4:15 am on friday morning is totally uncalled for. This needs to stop.
This company is an absolute joke! Feel like being ripped off? This company is for you! Wanna cancel, they decided to cut your bill in half and when you still tell them no they will charge you fees out the ass for them to pick up their trash can. After 14 years of being a customer you still get shafted! Turds.
I think you guys are awesome. Everyone is always friendly. I appreciate you. I wouldn't want a job where I had work outside Rain Heat and Snow.
Somehow I was signed up for e statements to go to my email. I do not want that I want mailed statements. But I did get a cancellation notice in the mail which my husband did not give me. Service has already been interrupted I called this morning to make the payment I was told it would be picked up today it was not picked up I've had smelly trash for two weeks.
