It is my understanding that Republic Parking System is no longer. A company named Reef purchased RPS a few years back. There is no office for Republic or Reef. They took all of our jobs and moved them out of the country. It really sucks to be replaced with cheep labor and be moved out of the United States. Reef ran Republic Parking in the ground and took a corporation that was respected and helped build Chattanooga to what it is today.

Nonexistent customer service, I’ve called repeatedly trying to get a hold of anyone and have yet had anyone actually answer the phone. Went to the physical office downtown and no one was there. There was a number to call only for it to go unanswered when I called it. I’ve had my car damaged in their lots and they have no cameras on the lot. They charge a stupid amount for parking but offer no protection or security for their lots and go out of their way to make it difficult to purchase a monthly pass. I used a Republic Parking lot to park and paid $5 to park. I have a receipt and this receipt was in view inside my car while I dined at Urban Stack. I received a ticket. I typed that my license was I***** and the citations had my license plate as 1*****. I went online and filed an appeal as soon as I got home. I got an automatic response that the appeal was received. On the 14th day after , when the $31 was due or would be increased by $20, I tried to call the business twice, no answer, and left a message. I paid the ticket.... read more

I was issued a "Notice of Parking Violation" for "illegal parking due to Non-Payment" at 5:01 pm when the prepaid parking ticket was clearly visible in the windshield and did not expire for several minutes more. I was within site of the vehicle at the time the notice was issued and attempted to get the attention of the person issuing the notice, but they ignored me and left. This business is an extortion scam. Offering no real option to appeal(you could have the most understandable excuse). They recently switched payment apps, I paid on the old app and got a ticket for $40!!!!!! I caught up with the ticket guy and he explained the situation and that it was not fair...he agreed and said I should submit an appeal....the appeal obviously didn't work. This company is a scam with terrible employees. Im waiting for the class action against these scu,mbags.

Parked in an empty lot at 9:30 pm on a stormy Tuesday night. Was there 15 min, got a ticket for $33.00. There is a 2.50 "fee" to pay online, which is a complete scam as the offices are closed due to covid. Certainly everyone is trying to pay online. I can't believe the city of ** allows this extortion company to operate

Republic Parking gave us a parking ticket in a lot that was prepaid during a performance at the **. We disputed the ticket and they refused to listen or help. We're paying the $30 fee because it's all we can do now, but customers need to know, their customer service is the pits and they are not forthright in their dealings. Beware!

the parking lot was nice and clean and had open space. Pay for parking was not straight forward at all. I had a truck and trailer. They use an automated system to pay for parking. At no time did it say that I need to pay extra for the trailer. I paid for the truck went had lunch and came back to 2 tickets one for my truck and one for my trailer. The worst part is that they had a worker on site the whole time. He gave me the ticket 4 mins after I paid for the parking. He sits in the parking lot waiting to give out 34$ tickets... read more
