I have only lived at Republic Palms for almost a year, but their speed in which they were able to get me into an apartment, that was not only exactly what I looking for in size, but also incredibly priced was next to none. The community is great, it's pet friendly and they take every precaution to make sure your pet is safe if they have to enter into your apartment for maintenance. The 2 bedroom apartments are nice and spacious. It's quite here. Really enjoy living here. The manager is always available. Maintenance gets things done but I do miss Eli. He was a great maintenance guy.
The republic palms are a great place to live. Lissette is an attentive property manager and can be easily reached if you ever have questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the apartments and the grounds surrounding them are well kept and tidy. I have lived here for 3 years and just resigned for another year!
I have been here nearly a decade and I enjoy where I call home. Its safe, quiet, friendly and just a good place to live.

Have lived here going on two years now. It's right of the main drag in Republic and 10-20 minutes into Springfield depending on where you go. Appliances could be updated more and staff can be hard to get ahold of. Maintenance is very consistent I have found.
Maintenance is on site they are usually quick to respond Eli is amazing at what he does the units are spacious they have a pool gym and basketball court the concerns would be that it's a pet friendly property but people don't seem to pick up after their pets.
I have lived here for over 5 years and love it I have no complaints, it’s a nice quiet places I haven’t had any issues with neighbors and or management repairs have always been done in a timely manner I would rent from this place and company anytime
A great place for new and experienced apartment living alike. Comfortable and clean community and close to all basic amenities, so you never really have to travel far to get what you need. Open space too, if you're a dog owner.
