My Husband and I currently moved from Beaufort SC to San Diego. It was a long wait to get our furniture, but once we received it the experience was great. The guys did an amazing job. They advice us of how bad the previous moving company had done. They help us report the damages done to our bed and other furniture and even took pictures. The guys did have a hard time getting our couch from the parking lot to the third floor, but at the end of the day they were able to set everything up and looking nice! Eric and I are moving to Okinawa in September and Republic Moving and Storage was our company for the UB move. Carlos and his team were really great. They showed up an hour early which was a bit unexpected, but about six guys (my husband said there were only three...it happened so fast lol) had our lives packed up in about 40 minutes! They made it effortless, were very professional, well mannered and well dressed. I highly recommend them for your move. Excellent company.
We had Republic Moving and Storage help us to load some ReloCubes from U-Pack/ABF. Steve D. and Charlie were a fantastic team; they were helpful, funny, and thoughtful with hard-to-move and fragile items. They "played Tetris" inside the Cubes to make the best use of the space, and offered suggestions for how to finish packing the cubes after they finished their part. I would certainly recommend Steve and Charlie as movers, and each time we spoke with the main office at Republic, they were helpful. Thanks again!
This moving company was beyond exceptional. They were very careful of making sure the apartments floors and walls were protected and not damaged. They were extremely nice and professional. Every question we asked they had an answer for us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Richard and Brian were awesome!

I am sure this will get deleted as all bad reviews seem to but...BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Horrible service, damaged excessive amounts of my property - over $2,000 in damages for a move out for carpet installation and a move back in. They use subcontract labor with Moving Staffers. No moving blankets, no dolly. Ridiculous!!
