Browsed through their store today and was not impressed by any means with the warmth of staff. My sister and I were not acknowledged by any of the three staff members even though we were two of the four customers. Instead they gossiped behind the counters regarding their personal life. Needless to say we did not spend a significant amount of money that we had intended to on jewelry today. Customer service is essential.
I really the friendly staff. I've been going here for at least ten years. Not just for jewelry. Everyone is so nice.
