Macy and her team are fabulous. I was at the end of my rope trying to find help and Macy was fabulous!!!!!!
We have never been late on a payment. However, twice when we called the office the person answering the phone has taken our account and routing information and mysteriously the payment didn't get processed. Thankfully, they call when something is showing up late in the system and I was able to give them our account information again but it makes me very angry that payments are not processed properly and timely.
Stay far far away from these crooks.
