Upgraded my hotel gym to this!! Signed up for a drop-in and enjoyd it alot. Great coaching and friendly members that I had some time to talk with, before my trip home to Sweden.
I dropped in for two sessions. I had a great time. Coaches and members were very welcoming and the workouts were programmed and explained well. The coaches were forthcoming with scaling options and pointers to help my technique. I highly recommend
