I really havent had the best experience with RMA as a whole. But unfortunately, when youre in a situation when you need a facility such as RMA to make dreams come true you put up with their nonsense. I'll keep this brief because if you need fertility help, youre going to go here anyway so a poor review isn't going to deter you much. 1. Theyre very unprofessional. SO happy with my experience at RMA. They listened to my concerns, individualized my treatment, and I loved that I had my own personal nurse who I could contact with any questions I had. The whole staff seems very positive and helpful. Wish I could stay with them through my whole pregnancy! I went to a different fertility clinic in Wall, NJ prior to this and my experience was the complete opposite. So glad to find a place that really seems to care about their patients.
RMA has been absolutely amazing! They are knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and took time to explain things thoroughly.
