This company is so unprofessional. They have earned their low rating. It seems like the only 5 star reviews are from paid reviewers. Poor communication skills, inconsistent communication, hectic scheduling. If you're a provider, do your patients a favor and choose another company.
Use any company but this one. They are not worth it. They made every part of this process harder. We opted for genetic testing to ease the stress of IVF. They wouldn't let us pay until we did a consultation and almost ruined the timeline for our cycle. The lack of professionalism is unconsciounable. They should be investigated given the enormous amount of negative reviews. Would not recommend.
We didn't have any problems with RGI until it came time to discard our biopsy samples. The lady I who contacted me was incredibly rude and made me feel dumb for asking simple questions. We definitely do NOT recommend RGI and will be suggesting that our fertility clinic work with other companies.
