IVF is a long and difficult process. Taylor Holt and her team at REACH kept us informed, answered all of our questions and made the process as smooth as possible. The portal made it very easy to communicate, and the team was always very quick to respond. We welcomed our daughter in November. We are so thankful for REACH and the services they provide.
My wife and I had a great experience with REACH and our conception of our two kids. Grace Perez and her team and kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We also felt very accepted and seen as an LGBT couple.
IVF is certainly not a fun time but we had a great experience with REACH leading up to the recent birth of our daughter. The nursing team in particular was always helpful/attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had via phone or through the patient portal. Grace-Perez was wonderful and kept us informed every step of the way, often settling our concerns. I would recommend REACH to anyone exploring fertility options.
Wish you could give less than a star to bring the score down even lower. 1, be ready for no one at this clinic to actually review your chart before seeing you. Every time I went in, I was asked did you do IVF or IUI, um neither and why couldn’t you take two seconds to look at that before walking in the room. 2. I worked with Dr. Downs at Reach Fertility, and she and her team were absolutely fantastic. My nurse, Gillian, was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions, which made the process feel much smoother. A lot of the learning happens through their online portal, and most communication with the doctor and nurses is handled that way—it takes some self-training, but the support team is always there when you need them.
