I personally had a pretty good experience with reach. We had an egg retrieval with 43 eggs which is wild- Dr. Whelan was my doctor. I’ve been to all the clinics and everyone was friendly and caring. I know multiple people have had billing issues but we never did. Our first transferred failed but our 2nd one stuck-I’d go back to Dr Whelan again hands down.
I have spoken to many of the providers in this office and its clear just how much they care about their patients. They take a thoughtful approach in creating the best care plan for their patients and their providers are not rushed like you often see at medical offices. I highly recommend working with this team!
Thank you Reach Fertility for a wonderful experience! We have a non-traditional pregnancy and are using a gestational carrier to bring our son into the world. Us and our GC worked with Reach over the past 6 months and it has been a great experience. We shipped our embryos to the clinic and had no issues. REACH has been the best fertility clinic I have went to. Dr. Wing is the very best doctor and his team are experts in what they do. I used to be very skeptical about REACH - I used to consider this facility as a “factory” type setting instead of having personalized and individualized care like other reproductive specialist offices……BUT I WAS WRONG!! Dr Wing was very informative and EMILY RN is VERY compassionate and ALWAYS quick to respond and answer any questions/concerns that you have! Kelly RN is very patient and kind - does a superb job of medication management. I would definitely recommend this facility!
