Don’t waste your time here. My wife and I went here and it was a waste of money and time. First off they next to never answer the phone, don’t expect them to call you back if you leave a voicemail either. Next, you will never actually meet in person with a doctor only nurses. Also the doctor seems to always be out of office for weeks. Every time we had to set up an appointment with doctor Maas she was out of town for weeks. Strongly do not recommend this place unless you want to waist your time and money. Our first bad experience was when my wife went in for an ultrasound with no mention of polyps, a week later she got a call to schedule surgery to remove polyps she was never told she had, went in for surgery and was told by the doc that they didn't find any polyps during surgery. Second experience after months of horrible communication, she went in for an IUI ultrasound with no mention of a cyst, went in two days later for a second ultrasound ... read more
Individually, the employees are kind and attentive but the clinic as a whole seems to lack the concept of communication. The patient portal is a joke and seems to be designed by someone who hates computers. Their billing department must be criminally understaffed because I have never once called them and had anything but an automated voicemail answer. Going in for a complicated Reproductive treatment? Throughout a course of appointments, I had a deeply frustrating experience with this clinic. From the start, I was not informed about what to expect. On my first appointment, the nurse asked me if I was doing a Clomid challenge, I had never even heard of it, and no explanation was provided about why it might be relevant for me.
