Radi explains what he can do for you and let you make all the decisions. In my case, I needed to repipe the whole house. There is no sales push. Radi's team is excellent, they work fast, protect the rest of the house from getting dusty, keep your water running most of the time while they work, and most importantly, they patch the walls such that it is hard to tell where the openings were. I highly recommend Repipe On Time.
