John and his crew were very friendly and efficient. Even my dog approved of them. They kept me informed of their progress all along the way, and were proactive when the equipment was delivered to them damaged. They provided great value and excellent financing. Recommend that you check them out for an HVAC installation

Tech John from A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating arrived early in the am (which I was happy about) to check out my A/C unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked inside the house first, and I had to open the bedroom door and out came my dogs. I had put them in the bedroom so they would not be in John's way. It turned out John is some kind of a dog whisperer as both dogs were very taken with him. Really appreciated that John was ok with the dogs out of the bedroom. Tech did a thorough job.
