Happy to rave about the fantastic service we recieved today. Very thorough, impressed by his explanation of services provided and to my surprise , took pictures along the way. Now I can show my husband that we didn't get scammed lol Colin is every heart a professional, felt like he belonged to the household. He put on shoe booties and did not leave a mess (contrary to the delivery guy who set up my washer n dryer this morning) I look forward seeing you guys next year.

We hired Rep-Air to replace our 20+ year old forced air natural gas furnace with a heat pump + modern furnace combo. Their technicians did a great job handling all of the work, and we were up and running within two days. They even helped us navigate the various options for government / CleanBC related rebates, to ensure we were able to get the best bang for our buck (while still opting for a much more environmentally-friendly option). Recently had to replace my hot water tank and Colin from Rep Ar Heating and cooling showed up early and was so polite and explained each steps of what he was doing and why. He was very efficient and professional and would definitely be using their services again and I would highly recommend Colin and this company.
