The staff were great from the consultation to the installation to the customer service. Our AC broke and we needed to replace it. Graham was great with explaining what was wrong and the different routes we could take whether to fix it or replace it. He was thorough with the different replacement options there were. I had a new AC and furnace installed a few weeks ago. The customer service has been top notch! Graham, Justin were the main technicians for my installation and they were respectful of my property, professional and explained everything to me that was easy to understand. I had a few concerns with the noise of the new AC and they came back and wrapped the lines and put a " muffler " on the outside AC unit pipes which I really appreciated until the background noise was much less! The people at Rep-Air were all excellent and professional. Marek was friendly and informative helping pick the best system for our house. Brayden,and his team, Shahin and Abdul, arrived promptly, did a great job with the installation, kept everything clean after they were done and gave a thorough explanation for the setup and use of the system. I’m not a huge review person however I just had to comment on this company for their outstanding customer service. From start to finish they impressed us with their friendly staff, professional communication, product knowledge, installation and support. We live in Coquitlam and heard about Rep from a neighbour.
