We are very impressed with Rep-Air. Chantelle was friendly and helpful in making our appointments and keeping us updated. Justin did a very thorough inspection and clearly explained the problems with our existing duel fuel system. He gave us suggestions and estimates for a new heating system, with no pressure to purchase . I was reading the paper and saw an add and decided to reach out to this company to get a quote after many others had come in. I called on a Friday Night asking for a return call on Monday to arrange for a quote. Trish called me back Saturday night and I had Justin and Marek come out quote for a new hot water tank on Tuesday. These two were both very professional and helpful answering all my questions. The complimentory quote for a new fireplace insert to the front room and solving a problem with my older Valor needing a thermostat control remote, which was deemed unavailable by another companies receptionist. This team is here for your best interest, not pushing products just to make a sale. Couldn't feel more confident to recommend Rep-Air Heating.
I hired Rep-Air to do a maintenance tune-up on my furnace, and they did a terrific job! A professional and courteous team of two arrived and they did a very thorough inspection, clean, and put in a new filter. Really appreciated no hard sell to buy a new furnace LOL, although they did mention no-interest financing when the time comes.
