Dr Pham, Loretta, and the receptionist, whom I didn't get her name, were all very professional courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The reception area and the exam rooms were immaculately clean. If you need a root canal I highly recommend Dr Pham and the staff at Southwestern PA Endodontics. It was a relatively painless procedure and within a couple hours I was back to normal.
Listen!! I am scared of injections! HOWEVER, the environment is so pleasant and calm. Everyone is supportive. Everything is explained clearly. I almost fell asleep during the procedure. Say what!? No pain! Even with the injections!! No scary moments! Dr Pham is a pro, I tell you! Thank you Dr. Pham, Justin, Ashley, Kelley, Sherrie and Loretta!
Dr Pham was great! She and her staff made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had. I had absolutely no pain during the root canal and remain pain free today, the day after! Would recommend her to anyone who is looking for quality, pain free dental work!!
From the start at the evaluation it was wonderful . Very peasant staff thought the entire process. I get very anxious and they worked with me. I had 2 root canals done at 1 time giving my current situation. I needed to stop my cancer treatment. I never had 2 done at the same time. Very little pain just sore jaw the next day. The entire staff is great, especially Ashley. She made me feel extremely comfortable during my procedure. Dr. Pham took her time with me, was gentle, and explained everything, which eased my anxiety. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal.
