Highly Recommend this practice! I went here for my first root canal, which I was dreading because of the stories I heard about the procedure, recovery pain etc. I’m glad that my visit included NONE of the above! I was comfortable throughout the procedure, Dr. Pham and her staff were very professional, kind and efficient. I had a great experience at Southwestern PA Endodontics from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Pham was absolutely wonderful—extremely thorough, patient, and kind. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and her team to anyone in need of endodontic care!
Great experience for my root canal. I have anxiety with my dental work but this was my first time with SPAE and Dr. Pham. She is absolutely the best! Put me at ease, explained everything, and answered all my questions and wow did she perform beyond my expectations. Efficient and caring and no pain. Highly recommended! Thanks to Haille too for putting me at ease and for assisting Dr. Pham. She is also top notch!
Dr. Pham was incredibly compassionate, attentive, and kind during the root canal procedure. I was never in pain - even with the initial lidocaine injections. Her thoroughness allowed me a pain free and pleasant experience (which is a rare dental experience). I can’t give her enough praises! Her staff were all pleasant and attentive, as well!
I had such a pleasant experience today at Southwestern PA Endodontics. Sounds weird, I know. But from the office staff- who were so kind and supportive with trying to get an appt for a root canal as soon as possible, to the X-rays with Haillie and her very thorough explanation of what was happening, to the sincere kindness and gentleness of Dr Pham.
