After having a partial root canal completed.prior to coming to SWPA Endodonics, I was expecting another one and a half hour session of drilling again. That clearly was not the case! Dr. Pham first made me “feel” very comfortable with her and tried to make me relax as my husband of 56 years had passed only one week prior. Very nice endodontics practice . Office and staff are very nice and professional. My appointment was for 11:45 am and after checking in a few minutes later was greeted by Loretta, an assistant of Dr . Pham. She escorted me back to room where my procedure was to take place . Made me feel very comfortable and discuss my upcoming procedure. Explained to me what’s going on and told me to relaxed and That if I had any questions or problems during the procedure to let them know. My last root canal was 40 years ago, so I didn't know what to expect with all the new technology. Dr Pham and her staff were great! The procedure was painless and I was quite comfortable during the whole process, which took about an hour. I have had no residual pain. Awesome job. Thanks
Dr. Pham and her staff are wonderful and extremely sensitive to patient needs. They did everything they could to make my husband comfortable during two procedures and accommodate him in their busy schedule. Folks from Pittsburgh should not hesitate to make the trip to Washington, PA - her location is just off I-70 and trip is easy. The office also accepts Medicare, which is getting more and more rare these days!
Dr.Pham and Ashley made my root canal experience extremely pleasurable. I would recommend them highly. They were impeccable. Their high technology made everything so precise and I felt quite confident in their technique. The staff was so very helpful too. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
