Great experience for my root canal. I have anxiety with my dental work but this was my first time with SPAE and Dr. Pham. She is absolutely the best! Put me at ease, explained everything, and answered all my questions and wow did she perform beyond my expectations. Efficient and caring and no pain. Highly recommended! Thanks to Haille too for putting me at ease and for assisting Dr. Pham. She is also top notch!
This was my second root canal but my first at Southwestern Endodontics. My first root canal was not a pleasant experience so I was very nervous about getting this one. What a wonderful staff. They put me at ease immediately. Everything was explained completely. The utmost care was made so that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. I cannot describe how thankful I am for Dr. Pham and her team! I was in severe pain for months and had tried getting relief from multiple dentists. I was referred to Dr. Pham and was able to not only see her the next day, but also receive full treatment. I finally have relief (literally the next day) and I am ecstatic. I am terrified of dentists, but this was a great experience. The root canal was done, and I did not even feel the needle to numb the area. The doctor and tech were great. The tech knew exactly what the doctor needed next. The doctor and tech were both very caring about me as the patient. Would recommend this office if you ever need a root canal done.
Really great work from Dr. Pham and her team. My spouse came in with a difficult case that Dr. Pham handled with great skill and compassion, and followed up in ways that were very helpful. My spouse is very disabled as well, and each medical visit is extra difficult for her, never mind something as stressful as a root canal. The staff made this challenging situation much easier, and credit to them for a real commitment to *every* patient’s care. Really glad we were referred to this practice.
