I felt really uncomfortable stayin here with the owner Rob Havens III. There was often a lot of things going on that customers and women in general shouldn't have to put up with STAY AWAY!
Omg. This owner is really the worst. Rented from him and It was just awful! The apartments are anything but "luxury" and the owner Rob Havens makes it unbearable to rent there. If you are a female or military, find another place to rent for sure. Has to be the worst place to rent from in Watertown NY.
So unprofessional! Everyone needs to be aware of owner Rob Havens. This dude is a straight creep. He shouldnt be allowed in Watertown or to do business with the military. He doesn't even respect our service or this country.
Save yourself the trouble and dont do busieness with these people!
