The wait time was rediculous. We got there at 12:20 & didn’t leave until 4:00! Her portable oxygen concentrator was low on battery so we had to get a bottle there.

Dr. Borra was so helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns regarding the recent CBC lab work. She immediately explained the results clearly and fully. She has a plan regarding more testing to be done within a week. She has scheduled a follow-up appointment to go over the test results with me. I am confident she will continue to find the proper treatment.

The staff is such a pleasure to do business with, the front desk, the lab techs, the nurses. I have been seeing Dr. Borra since 2023 and have faith in her help, experience with my problems. Office was super busy and she apologized for the wait time. She is always interested in how I am feeling and addresses my concerns.

Dr. Borra is very caring with her patients. She spends time explaining lab reports, other reports, treatment options, etc. I always feel like she remembers me and my medical issues, even if visits are not frequent. I never feel like she is rushing my appointment.
