I applied for a property on 4/1/2022 I received an approval today 4/8/2022 stating for me to confirm my move in date for 4/15/2022 when I called the number attached to the approval email, I was routed to someone in the manila (the Philippines) you will never speak to anyone in America. I applied for two properties the first had two application fees and the second had three application fees. $225 in total the first property it’s been three weeks and they still say decision is pending the second property they say it’s gone I try transferring to three different properties they say they’re gone. Scam took my application fee! House has been on the market since December and won’t even answer a phone, email, or voicemail. Stay clear of them
Yeah gotta say, every review here lately is spot on. AVOID paying these folks $45 to apply for a rental. Waste of your time and money, they are just collecting a ton of application fees. I emailed them after 2 weeks with no response. Someone moving does not have weeks to sit around and wait to hear about an application status folks.
If I could give no stars I would. This is company is straight up TRASH!!!!! They’re communication skills is zero. They will send you an email saying that you are approved and that’s it. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a lease to sign but had the audacity to tell me to go ahead and set up rental insurance. Without a lease being signed. Yea right.
