Love them. Brought us back to shine after previous management company took over a million dollars from us. Can not say enough about how great Bob and staff are. Always just a phone call away.
Seems to me that the people that complain never go to meetings, do not obey rules and regulations as simple as breaking down your boxes to go in the dumpster, only 1 parking space per unit in front of building with a permit and I could go on for days at what the community doesn't do.Really quick to jump on Rentz when we were in financial problems when he came back and got us out of the hole. Nobody said a word about previous managment stealing over 1.5 million from us. We have never had to worry about Rentz stealing from us.... read more
