SCAM ARTISTS! They consistently add fake charges to your rent! They STEAL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT They literally came up with $5000 worth of false charges after I left. And then put it on my credit report out of nowhere!!! $266 for not returning a key! $1000 for gun removal (fake). Beware do not use this company Very sleazy and scammy The good reviews are from people that have used them as a property management service. This company will steal your security deposit. They hike up basic fees in order to get your security deposit . All property owners beware they are stealing from Both ends of the deal. I had conversations with property owners on the 1700 block of chase street; apparently They make both renters and property owners pay for fees for damages this is outside of your normal fees !!!!!
