I lived under this management back in 2021 and I loved it
AVOID AT ALL COST. This was a NIGHTMARE. If you are going to rent from them, be prepared and document ever single thing even if you think it is irrelevant or they tell you not to worry about it. Very unorganized, ZERO communication, they blame tenants for everything and they are going to try to charge you for any and every little thing. Take photos before you move in of EVERYTHING. Exterior and interior. Be overly cautious. They will try to pull money out of you. *AVOID AT ALL COST*
It’s been very difficult to keep lines of communication open. Our house was sold and we switched to RentUNC and we have had nothing but problems since. There have been issues with billing that have not been resolved for almost two months. There have been multiple instances that I have tried to get information from them and they haven’t responded to me- sometimes this has meant having to wait over the weekend before messaging them again on Monday. Would not recommend
